I can supply extra steak knives upon request and make the handles match or
offer an assortment of woods. I can also make them with thicker steel or a longer/shorter blade.
I include a generous discount off the retail price of a 1" x 4" kitchen knife for the purchase of sets,
hence I cannot offer wholesale prices on these knives. Retail cost for a 1" x 4" is $76.00

Fancy Handle, above - 8" x 2.5" kitchen knife with
stabilized Box Elder Burl wood with
two 1/8", brass/white/black handle wood. Below- three spacers, 1/8" thick with Claro Walnut

handle. The blonde handle wood is called Myrtle.
Above the Myrtle is brass sheet, 1/2" stabilized
Redwood burl insert, white and black spacers and then
the brass bolster. Handle has brass 1/8" rivets as
well as a company chop in the butt. The chop is a 1/4"
tube filled with red dyed epoxy and brass rods and
tubes. While the wood insert will vary from piece to
piece, one can order this style of handle.

Other wood inserts I use are Ebony and various dyed
and natural stabilized woods.
